Pavilion at Redwood Estates

Just 10 minutes from downtown Los Gatos you’ll find a stunning venue with the most flexible food and beverage policies for your next event.

Located in the beautiful, redwood studded Santa Cruz Mountains, the Pavilion at Redwood Estates is an outstanding setting for any event. The Pavilion and/or grounds are regularly used for weddings, receptions; birthdays, anniversaries, graduations; bar and bat mitzvahs; and dances. The facility is also available for corporate functions and group meetings.

floor with large picture windows providing gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Amenities include a kitchen (refrigerator, sink, and counter space for food preparation), outdoor barbecue, and a spacious redwood deck. Tables and chairs are included for your use, or you may bring your own. The large surrounding lawn area, set under the redwoods, is also available to you and your guests. Maximum occupancy is 125.

Events

The Pavilion provides the backdrop for memories you will treasure. The lawn is great for a children’s bounce house or a friendly game of volleyball, badminton, or croquet. With an outdoor barbecue, redwood deck, and dance floor, your guests will have a lifetime memory.

Need a place for a company offsite? Training seminar? The Pavilion is physically close to Silicon Valley but so far away from hustle. We can handle up to 125, with onsite parking and/or shuttle buses. We provide recently state-of-the-art audio/visual technology. All you need is your laptop.

Meeting Setup

Booking the Pavilion

To rent the Pavilion, please follow these steps:

  1. Paperwork
    1. Download the Pavilion Rental Agreement.
    2. Complete Application - Pages 5 & 6.
    3. Read and Sign Policy & Procedures - Sign and date page 4.
    4. Reservation  Confirmation - Reservation is not confirmed until the initial 50% is paid (see 3a. Rental Fee below) and agreement has been signed by the renter(s).
  2. Liability Insurance
    1. Secure a minimum of $1,000,000, naming R.E.S.A. as additionally insured. If liquor is going to be on site, include liquor liability. Absolutely NO sales of alcohol (it can be served to guests, but not sold).
  3. Financials
    1. Rental Fee - $3,500.00 
      1. 50% is due at the time of signing.
      2. The remaining 50% is due 30-days prior to the event.
      3. Failure to pay the rental fee within 30-days of the event will result in event cancellation and forfeiture of the initial 50% at time of signing.
    2. Security Deposit - $1,500.00 
      1. Must be paid 30-days prior to the event.
      2. Renter can pay by check or submit credit card information to hold for incidentals.
      3. Unused portion of check deposit will be returned 7-days after post event walk-through.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    1. For full refund, notification of event cancellation received must be more than 30-days prior to the event.
    2. 50% of the event fee will be forfeited if the event is cancelled within 30-days of the event date.
