8/31 Power Outage – RESA Pool Hours Affected

Dear RESA Community,

Due to the power outages within the community, the RESA Pool hours today are SUBJECT TO CLOSURE based upon when and if the power is re-established.

Guidelines are below:

Opening Shift
If the power is ON by 11:00am, the pool will OPEN at 12:00pm.

Mid-day Shift
If the power is ON by 2:30pm, the pool will OPEN at 3:30pm.

Due to the Labor Day holiday, Office Hours are as follows:

Monday 9/1 – NO office hours
Tuesday 9/2 – 11am – 2pm
Wednesday 9/3 – 11am – 2pm

Regularly scheduled office hours (M/W 11am-2pm) will resume the following week. Thank you!

Pool Closed Mon 8/25

Dear RESA Community,

Due to both staffing limitations and pool maintenance/treatment, the pool is closed today, Monday August 25th.

Regularly scheduled hours are set to resume tomorrow.

As a reminder, the pool schedule for the remainder of the season is as follows (weather and staff permitting):

Tues 8/26 – Fri 8/29
3:30pm-7pm

Sat 8/30 & Sun 8/31
12pm-6pm

Mon 9/1 – Labor Day
12pm-4pm

Tues 9/2 – Sun 9/28
Weekdays CLOSED
Weekends 12pm-6pm

RESA Road Edge Repairs 2025

Dear RESA Community,

RESA will be performing road edge repairs throughout the community beginning 8/20/25 and for the next several weeks (exact timeline TBD).

There will be no road closures during this event, however, please be aware of partial blockages taking place and proceed with caution.

There are 9 total jobs at 8 intersections with work being performed. The exact dates that work is performed is based upon each day’s progress and will not be announced.

Work locations:

  1. Bayview Drive @ Irma Lyle – work between Virdelle and Irma Lyle
  2. Fern Drive @ Zella Court – uphill from Zella Court
  3. June Court – uphill from Locust Court
  4. Madrone Drive @ Laurel Drive – uphill from Laurel
  5. Oak Drive @ Madrone Drive – uphill from Madrone
  6. Ida Drive – downhill from Betty Ann Court
  7. Betty Ann Court – uphill from Jessie Way
  8. Geraldine Court @ Oneda – downhill from Oneda
