RESA will be performing road edge repairs throughout the community beginning 8/20/25 and for the next several weeks (exact timeline TBD).
There will be no road closures during this event, however, please be aware of partial blockages taking place and proceed with caution.
There are 9 total jobs at 8 intersections with work being performed. The exact dates that work is performed is based upon each day’s progress and will not be announced.

- Bayview Drive @ Irma Lyle – work between Virdelle and Irma Lyle
- Fern Drive @ Zella Court – uphill from Zella Court
- June Court – uphill from Locust Court
- Madrone Drive @ Laurel Drive – uphill from Laurel
- Oak Drive @ Madrone Drive – uphill from Madrone
- Ida Drive – downhill from Betty Ann Court
- Betty Ann Court – uphill from Jessie Way
- Geraldine Court @ Oneda – downhill from Oneda
