With a background in accounting, I bring strong financial oversight, budgeting, and analytical skills that can help ensure responsible management of funds and long-term planning. Jennifer Throssell

It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve this community as President and to connect with members throughout my tenure on the RESA Board of Directors. Over the past nearly 4 years, I have helped advance fiscal transparency, supported the modernization of policies and procedures, and driven efforts to repair and maintain RESA’s roads.

If elected, my foremost priority will be overseeing the successful closure of the SBA loan and securing FEMA funds to ensure timely access to capital and sustain momentum on critical road repairs while safeguarding member funded contributions. Delivering these improvements efficiently and transparently is essential to community safety, access preservation, and long‑term value.

In line with this foundation during my term, I demonstrated strengthening the organization’s financial health by updating and re‑implementation of a long‑languished delinquency policy. This work was critical to ensuring fairness, protecting shared resources, and sustaining funding for infrastructure and community priorities.

I am also dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for both the community and employees through consistent implementation and accountability of the Rules of Conduct. Safety extends beyond policy to proactive fire prevention efforts, infrastructure maintenance, and diligent oversight of potential or actual safety events to minimize risk and liability exposure. As examples, I have ensured action was taken on drain covers, pool procedures and road edge striping.

Listening to and learning from our community remains at heart.  To ensure all voices are heard, I implemented an events survey to systematically gather feedback and guide data‑informed decisions for community events annually. I will continue to advocate for community beautification initiatives while thoughtfully balancing these efforts with corporate responsibilities, budget realities, and operational constraints.

Brian Krupp

My name is Brian Krupp. I want to extend my appreciation to all members of our community for letting me serve on the Board for the past two years and I would like to continue to represent Redwood Estates for the next two years.

My goal as a Board Member has been safety, efficiency, and effectiveness with Redwood Estates’ short- and long-term needs in mind. Over the past two years I have played an active role in road repairs and maintaining safe conditions; I formalized the Operations Manager Job Description and participated in the hiring process for our new Operations Manager; I was directly involved with Firewise and the successful renewal for 2025-2026; I participated in community events and cleanup activities; and I established new procedures for Staff and Board members promoting clear communication and efficiency.

Over the next two years, my primary objectives would be to continue to support and develop our RESA Staff; actively monitor and push road repairs to completion; maintain and improve RESA Records and Policies & Procedures; establish our new 3-Year Action Plan for Firewise Certification; and be prepared to take action regarding insurance, litigation, and any other situations that may arise.

In addition to the above, I believe leadership and effective communication starts with listening. Listening to topics and issues driven by not only facts but feelings as well and being able to get to the core concern to find a collective understanding and work together toward resolution.

We can all agree, this community is special, it is important to have fun, create memories, set up traditions, and honor old ones. The events and activities throughout the year are a meaningful aspect of being a part of Redwood Estates, which I enjoy being a part of.

I am passionate about our community and its residents, and I hope to continue to formally contribute as a member of the Board of Directors.
