Per section 9.7.2 of the bylaws, this email provides notice that there will be a closed Board of Directors Executive Session on Wednesday, November 1st at 8pm. The meeting agenda is: 

Create  Board Resolution to designate officers authorized to represent RESA on Pavilion Title business.
