We have some great events coming up this summer season!

Pool Party

When: Sunday July 13th
Time: Pool open 12pm-6pm,BBQ @ 3pm
What: come for a summer celebration! RESA will provide BBQ and drinks.
Who: open to RESA members ONLY, no guests.

Swap Meet & Garage Sale – SAVE THE DATE!

When: Saturday September 6th
Time: 9am-1pm
Where: The Pavilion

In the 2025 RESA Events Survey, RESA members voted to hold a swap meet/garage sale to sell or trade any items you’re looking to get rid of.

Members pay $20 to get one parking stall in the Pavilion parking lot to sell their goods – limit 50 members, first come, first serve when sign-ups open in July. Members bring their own tables/tarps.

A Goodwill Donation Station will be present at the Pavilion to donate any left-over items. 

More information on sign up details will be sent out next month!

RESA Food & Music Festival

The RESA Food and Music Festival took place on Sunday, May 5th and was a huge success! We had over 150 attendees, 3 Mile Smile playing for concert-goers, with plenty of food, kiddos dancing, and some good vibes. Thank you to everyone who helped plan the day and came out to enjoy!

SJWC Water Main Installation – Road Work Updates Week of 6/9/25

Dear RESA Community,

West Valley Construction Company on behalf of San Jose Water Company will be resuming its water main installation road work beginning the week of 6/9/25.

Summary of road work:

  • Monday: main thoroughfare is CLOSED.
  • Tuesday – Thursday: main thoroughfare is OPEN WITH DETOURS.

Map with color-coded explanations of the work taking place each day below:

Monday 06.09 – BLUE

  • Locations: Bayview Drive from Zella Court to the Intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Bayview Drive
  • Road Status: Road will be closed to through traffic between Zella Court and Woolaroc – through traffic will need to detour around the work via Zella Court. WVCC will work with the residents living within the road closure (including Gloria Court) to get to and from your homes.

Tuesday 06.10 – RED

  • Location: Ihe intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Bayview Drive, up to the intersection of Fern and Bayview Drive, and partially up Woolaroc Drive.
  • Road Status: Road is closed – detour around this work will be via Irma Lyle Drive and Zella Court. WVCC will work with the residents living within the road closure to get to and from your homes.

Wednesday 06.11 – ORANGE

  • Locations: Woolaroc Drive to the intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Dorothy Way.
  • Road Status: Road is closed – through traffic must navigate around the closure using surrounding streets. WVCC will work with the residents living within the road closure to get to and from your homes.

Thursday 06.12 – GREEN

  • Location: The intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Dorthy Way up to Summit Road.
  • Road Status: WVCC will work with the residents living down Santa Ana Road to get in and out of the work area and your homes. Residents living down Santa Ana Road may experience minor delays when entering or exiting.

Hours of work are 8am-6pm. WVCC will work on getting residents within the road closures each day in and out as safely and efficiently as possible. Residents should anticipate minor delays on each day of the planned work.
