Monday 6/10 – Wednesday 6/12 (map below)
Work Location: Woolaroc between Dorothy and Bayview
Road Status: Pedestrian traffic through the work area will not be allowed each day due to safety concerns. WVCC will work with residents who need to get in and out of their home within the work area, but people who are just walking will need to detour around the work. Residents living within the work area each day are urged to park outside of the work area to avoid any delays.
Thursday 6/13
Work Location: Bayview Drive CLOSED to through traffic from Dorothy Way to Gloria Court.
Road Status: Main thoroughfare in RE is OPEN with a detour that will take you around the work site, utilizing Zella Court. Residents living within the closure area will be able to enter and exit when needed.
Oak/Redwood Drive where it intersects with Laurel Drive will be closed for culvert maintenance beginning TOMORROW Friday 6/7, continuing Monday 6/10 and Tuesday 6/11.
If you live at the end of Redwood Drive where it offshoots from Oak, please park at the Pavilion.
If you live near and around the area, please keep in mind that work will be occurring at this intersection.

Residents living on Virdelle will need to exit towards Bayview.
Residents living on Santa Ana will be able to enter/exit. Expect delays.
Wednesday 6/5
Work Location: Woolaroc between Santa Ana and Dorothy.
Road Status: CLOSED to through and pedestrian traffic.
Main Thoroughfare Access: OPEN with detours.
Residents living down Santa Ana will be able to exit up Woolaroc towards Summit.

Residents living above Zella Court will be able to exit via Summit.
Residents living on Naomi Court and below will be able to exit via towards Madrone.
Residents living within the closure will be able to get in and out, however, they are urged to park vehicles out of the work area to avoid potential delays.
Thursday 5/30:
Work Location: Woolaroc Drive between Virdelle Drive and Bayview Drive.
Closure Type: flaggers will be detouring people around the work site – anticipate minor delays.
Residents living down Santa Ana Road will be maintain access in and out.

Monday 5/20
Work Location: Bayview Drive between Gloria Court and Zella Court.
Closure Type: Bayview CLOSED, detour will be in place, utilizing Zella Court to go around the work.
Tuesday 5/21
Work Location: Intersection of Santa Ana Road and Bayview Drive, up Santa Ana Road.
Closure Type: Santa Ana CLOSED, residents who live on this street are urged to park vehicles outside of work areas to avoid delays (Bayview will remain open).
Wednesday 5/22
Work Locations
#1: Intersection of Santa Ana Road and Bayview Drive, up Santa Ana Road.
Closure Type: Santa Ana will be CLOSED. Residents affected by the closure on Santa Ana are urged to park on Eileen Court.
#2: Bayview Drive spanning from Gloria Court to Zella Court.
Closure Type: detour will be in place utilizing Zella Court to go around the road work.
Thursday 5/23
Work Location: Work begins at the intersection of Bayview Drive and Zella Court, working down Santa Ana to where it meets Naomi Court.
Closure Type: Bayview/Santa Ana is CLOSED with NO DETOUR OPTION.
Residents living on Naomi Court and below will exit towards the Pavilion.
Residents living above Zella Court and above will exit towards Summit.
Residents living within the closure are urged to park vehicles outside the work area.
LOWER SECTION – Road Paving
Monday 5/20
Work Location: Madrone Drive from the Redwood Estates Store down towards the Pavilion.
Closure Type: Madrone Drive is CLOSED. There will be a detour in place taking through traffic around, utilizing Redwood and Oak Drive.
Residents living on Mary Alice Way and Helen way will maintain access with delays as traffic flaggers will help get residents in and out of their homes.
Tuesday 5/21
Work Location: Broadway Road and La Verne Drive between Madrone Drive (store) and Virginia Drive/Beatrice Circle.
Closure Type: Broadway/La Verne is CLOSED
Residents living on Virginia Drive, Beatrice Circle, Broadway Road, La Verne Drive, and Idalyn Drive will maintain access with delays as traffic flaggers will help get residents in and out of their homes.
