New Pool App & Sign-in System

Dear RESA Community,

The Redwood Estates Services Association (RESA) has implemented a new electronic sign in process for entry to the swimming pool. This new system will be in place beginning Monday July 17th, 2023. When you sign in you’ll see a tablet in place of the time-worn clipboard.

Please ensure you know your RESA account number. You’ll need it to sign in on the tablet. You can find it on your pool lanyard or contact the office if you don’t have it. You can also get your account number from the pool attendant with valid photo ID as proof of identification.

How it works

  1. Enter your RESA account number.

2. Select who is at the pool from the drop down list

3. If the person isn’t listed, type their name

4. Click on the Add ‘xxx’ link

5. Once all people are listed, click Done

6. Click Submit.

That’s all there is to it!

Notes:

  • You can ask the attendant to add any names you had to enter manually to our database. They will be automatically listed for your next visit.
  • If you are delinquent (over 60 days late) on paying your RESA assessments, you will be flagged and you will not be able to swim. Should that happen please contact Cheryl in the office to get current on your dues. You can reach her at either [email protected] or 408-353-1866.
