RESA Office Hours for the remainder of THIS week are taking place on:
THURSDAY 6/12 from 11am-2pm

Schedule for week of June 16th:
Tuesday 6/17 11am-2pm
Wednesday 6/18 11am-2pm

Schedule for week of June 23 through remainder of school year summer:
Mondays 11am-2pm
Wednesdays 11am-2pm

SJWC Water Main Installation – Road Work Updates Week of 6/9/25

Dear RESA Community,

West Valley Construction Company on behalf of San Jose Water Company will be resuming its water main installation road work beginning the week of 6/9/25.

Summary of road work:

  • Monday: main thoroughfare is CLOSED.
  • Tuesday – Thursday: main thoroughfare is OPEN WITH DETOURS.

Monday 06.09 – BLUE

  • Locations: Bayview Drive from Zella Court to the Intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Bayview Drive
  • Road Status: Road will be closed to through traffic between Zella Court and Woolaroc – through traffic will need to detour around the work via Zella Court. WVCC will work with the residents living within the road closure (including Gloria Court) to get to and from your homes.

Tuesday 06.10 – RED

  • Location: Ihe intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Bayview Drive, up to the intersection of Fern and Bayview Drive, and partially up Woolaroc Drive.
  • Road Status: Road is closed – detour around this work will be via Irma Lyle Drive and Zella Court. WVCC will work with the residents living within the road closure to get to and from your homes.

Wednesday 06.11 – ORANGE

  • Locations: Woolaroc Drive to the intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Dorothy Way.
  • Road Status: Road is closed – through traffic must navigate around the closure using surrounding streets. WVCC will work with the residents living within the road closure to get to and from your homes.

Thursday 06.12 – GREEN

  • Location: The intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Dorthy Way up to Summit Road.
  • Road Status: WVCC will work with the residents living down Santa Ana Road to get in and out of the work area and your homes. Residents living down Santa Ana Road may experience minor delays when entering or exiting.

Hours of work are 8am-6pm. WVCC will work on getting residents within the road closures each day in and out as safely and efficiently as possible. Residents should anticipate minor delays on each day of the planned work.

Summary of road work:

  • Monday: roads open with work traffic – main throughfare is open.
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: road CLOSED with NO way to get around from 8am-6pm, main throughfare is CLOSED.
  • Thursday: road CLOSED with a detour utilizing Zella Court from 8am-6pm, main thoroughfare is OPEN.

Monday 06.02 – RED

  • Locations: SJW pump station and across the street from the pump station above Naomi Court. Work will also be taking place at the intersection of Zella Court and Bayview Drive.
  • Road NOT Closed: WVCC do not anticipate any hard road closures this day. Residents should anticipate temporary road closures as equipment is being used.

Tuesday 06.03 – ORANGE

  • Location: Naomi Court up to “lower Santa Ana Road”.
  • ROAD CLOSED: No through traffic will be allowed from 8am-6pm.

Wednesday 06.04 – GREEN

  • Locations: from “lower Santa Ana Road” to the intersection of Zella Court and Bayview Drive and up Zella Court, including Eileen Court.
  • ROAD CLOSED: No through traffic will be allowed from 8am-6pm.

Thursday 06.05 – BLUE

  • Location: from the intersection of Zella Court and Bayview Drive up the road towards the intersection of Bayview Drive and Woolaroc Drive.
  • ROAD CLOSED with a DETOUR: There will be a hard road closure at each end of this work area. Detour route will be via Zella Court.

Memorial Day Weekend: Pool Open & Office Hours Week of 5/26/25

Dear RESA Community,

POOL

The RESA Pool is open for Memorial Day weekend! Hours are:
Sat/Sun 12pm-6pm
Mon 12pm-4pm

Your account must be in good standing in order to attend the pool. You will be asked to check in at the snack shack and either a) fill out or b) confirm your emergency contact information on file upon first visit.

OFFICE HOURS

Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, Office Hours next week are as follows:

Tuesday 5/27 – 11am-1:30pm
Wednesday 5/28 – 12pm-3pm

Normal hours will resume the following week (Monday 11am-1:30pm, Wednesday 12pm-3pm).
