SJWC Water Main Installation
Update for Week of 9/21-9/24

For the week of Monday 9/21 - Thursday 9/24, work is being performed from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, road closures will be as follows:

  • Work Area
    • Lee Drive past its intersection with Rose Court to the end of the cul-de-sac.
  • Road Closure
    • No cars will be able to get in or out from the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Pedestrians are allowed. Rose Court residents should have access in and out.

Santa Ana Road Repair

RESA has obtained the permit, secured finances, and signed the contract to begin work on the Santa Ana Road repair.
Effective immediately, our construction vendor, MaxiCon, will begin staging the site to prepare for upcoming repair work. Please be aware that heavy equipment and construction materials will begin to appear on site. We do not have the exact location of the materials now, but will communicate this once confirmed.
MaxiCon will be taking away all of the existing 2-foot road and cutting back the 2-foot pile of dirt that pedestrians are now using to access the street by foot. Therefore, it is imperative that there is no pedestrian traffic in this active construction zone for your own personal safety.

PG&E Pole Installation Schedule

RESA has been asked on behalf of PG&E to communicate dates that they will be working to install new power poles in the area.

The work hours are approximately 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. Roads near and around the addresses below will be closed, so plan accordingly.

September Schedule

  • Wed 9/23
    • Where: 18096 Mountain View Ct – main thoroughfare
    • Road Status: Road closed to through vehicle traffic
  • Thurs 9/24
    • Where: 18120 & 18134 Santa Ana Road
    • Road Status: This will block residents past these address on Santa Ana
  • *NEW DATE* Mon 9/28
    • Where: Intersection of Mary Alice and Madrone
    • Road Status: Due to the intersection being larger, vehicles will be able to pass around the construction crews, but please drive cautiously and account for delays.

October Schedule

  • *NEW DATE* Fri 10/2
    • Where: Intersection of Laurel and Madrone – main throughfare
    • Road Status: Due to intersection being larger, vehicles will be able to pass around the construction crews, but please drive cautiously and account for delays.
    • Trash Service: RESA has facilitated communication between PG&E and Green Team, who are working together to be able to provide trash service this day despite the road work.

RESA will continue to communicate any changes or new dates announced as PG&E communicates them.
