Shredding & E-Waste Event @ The Pavilion

Logistics

Saturday, June 20th, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm @ the Pavilion

This is a free event for RESA members in the Pavilion parking lot. No registration required. Availability to drop off items is from 9am-12pm or whenever trucks are full, whichever occurs first. This event is on a first come, first serve basis.

Shred Works – Shredding Parameters

**Please ensure the following items are removed from your materials**:
– Three Ring Notebooks/Binders
– Metal or Plastic Pieces (Clasps) – Staples and paperclips may remain and can be shredded with paper.
– Foreign Materials: Waste, Food, Electronics, Batteries, etc..

**Please note**: All materials we shred are recycled; therefore, it is essential to keep all contaminants out to maintain the recyclability of our materials.

2026 Pool Season

Dates

Open Memorial Day Weekend (Sat, May 23rd) through Labor Day (Sept 6th)
Option to extend the season through September TBD.
**Schedule is staffing-dependent and subject to change**

Hours

Monday – Friday: 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Holidays: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Policies

  • Sign-in/Out – Sign in and out with each visit on the tablet at the snack shack (you will need your pool access account number to log into the app, so please contact officemanager@redwoodestates.info if unknown).
  • Emergency Contact – Members must fill out, keep current, and initial the Members Pool Card (kept on file at the pool) with emergency contact information.
  • Guests – Members may bring up to FOUR (4) guests per session for a $5 per guest fee, as long as they accompany their guests at the pool at all times.
  • Member Use – Members must be in good standing (less than 31-days delinquent with any monies due to the RESA Corporation) in order to utilize the pool. Children of members may be accompanied by a guardian if the parent is not present with written permission from the parent Member. All guardians must sign the Pool Use Agreement Form.
  • Younger Swimmers
  • Children aged 5 & under while in the pool must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. If the adult is not the parent or legal guardian, they must have written permission from the parent.
  • Children aged 6 to 9 must be accompanied while in the pool area either by an adult or by a guardian aged 14 years or older, with written permission from the parent.
  • Children aged 10 or older are required to pass a swimming ability test given by the lifeguard in order to remain at the pool unaccompanied by an adult, with written permission from the parent.

Swim Lessons

We will be offering swim lessons this season. Please stay on the lookout for additional information or contact officmanager@redwoodestates.info to be put on a list to get more information once it’s distributed.

Rules

The following is designed to make all members and their guests aware of the safety rules to be followed at the Redwood Estates Pool. 

  1. NON-SWIMMERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE WATER
  2. NO RUNNING
  3. NO DIVING
  4. NO ROUGH PLAY
  5. NO FOUL LANGUAGE
  6. NO PLAYING ON LADDER OR STEPS
  7. NO GLASS
  8. NO ALCOHOL 
  9. NO SMOKING
  10. NO GROUP FUNCTIONS
  11. BE RESPECTFUL

The above rules are enforced by RESA’s lifeguards and RESA staff members. RESA Lifeguards and staff reserve the right to enforce the Pool Rules and RESA Rules of Conduct, up to and including removal from pool premises.
