The main thoroughfare in Redwood Estates is open. Hours of operation are 8am to 6pm.

Monday 9/30 (RED)

• Work Location: Intersection of Zella Court/Bayview up to 18187 Zella Court.
• Road Status: The road will be closed to thru traffic while we are performing this work. All residents that have driveways on Zella will be able to exit up towards Fern Ave.

Tuesday 10/1 & Wednesday 10/2 (ORANGE)

• Work Location: 18242 Zella Court – at the end of Zella. Work will take place from the intersection of Fern/Zella to the house driveway.
• Road Status: This road will be closed to vehicular travel.

Thursday 10/3 (GREEN)

• Work Location: The work will take place from the intersection of Eileen Court/Bayview to the home at the end of the court.
• Road Status: This road will be closed to vehicular travel.

Additionally, Monday-Thursday next week WVCC will have a small crew with water trucks loading, pressure testing, and flushing a section of watermain installed. On the map above in PURPLE, you will see the roads that this crew will be working on throughout the week. They do not anticipate roads being closed for this work. Residents should anticipate truck traffic in this area throughout the week.

• Work Location: Gloria Court
• Road Status: Road closed to vehicular traffic, residents on this road are urged to park outside of the work area. Bayview Drive in front of this road will be open to traffic, however, you may experience delays when approaching Gloria due to truck and equipment traffic.

Thursday (9/26):

• Work Location: Zella Court between the intersection of Zella/Bayview up to 18187 Zella.
• Road Status: Road closed to through traffic. All residents that have driveways on Zella will be able to exit up towards Fern Avenue.

  • Road Status: WVCC urges residents living on this street to park off of the road to avoid delays.
• Site 2
  • Work Location: Zella Court from its intersection with Bayview to 18187 Zella Court.
  • Road Status: Road is closed to through traffic, residents living on Zella will be able to exit towards Fern Avenue.

  • Road Status: Residents with driveways on Gloria Court are urged to park out of the court to avoid any delays. 
• Site 3
  • Work Location: Intersection of Woolaroc and Dorothy.
  • Road Status: Open with one-way traffic flaggers around the work.
• Site 4
  • Work Location: Intersection of Woolaroc and Virdelle.
  • Road Status: Open with one-way traffic flaggers around work.

Thursday 09/19:

SAN JOSE WATER MAIN INSTALLATION

Monday 9/9 – Thursday 9/12:

• Work Location: McLuckie
• Road Status: Road fully closed to vehicle traffic from 8am-6pm, but open to pedestrian traffic to get in and out of homes. Residents are urged to park cars out of McLuckie Mon-Thurs.

  • Road Status: The road will be closed to thru traffic at Zella/Bayview to Bayview/Gloria Court.
  • Detour: Traffic will be detoured around via Zella Court.
• Site 2
  • Work Location: Intersection of Bayview Drive and Fern Ave.
  • Road Status: This intersection will not be closed.

Wednesday 9/4 – Thursday 9/5

• Site 1
  • Work Location: Intersection of Bayview/Fern.
  • Road Status: Bayview Drive will be closed to thru traffic from the intersection of Bayview/Woolaroc to Bayview/Dorthy and Fern.
  • Detour: Detours will be in place around the work.
• Site 2
  • Work Location: Fern down to Zella Court.
  • Road Status: WVCC will make sure to allow residents access in and out of Mc Luckie through out both days.
  • Detour: Detours will be in place around the work.
