The main thoroughfare in Redwood Estates is CLOSED. Santa Ana above Naomi will need to exit via Summit. Santa Ana below Naomi will need to exit via Madrone. Hours of operation are 8am to 6pm.

Monday 10/07:

• Work Location 1: Intersection of Woolaroc Drive and Bayview Drive (ORANGE)
  • Road Status: Bayview Drive will be open to through traffic. Woolaroc Drive will be closed to Through traffic from Bayview Drive to Dorothy Way.
• Work Location 2: Santa Ana Road just above the Locust station driveway (RED).
  • Road Status: Santa Ana Road will be closed to through traffic the entire day. However, residents living on Naomi Court and 21551 Santa Ana Road will be able to get in and out of their homes.

Tuesday 10/08:

• Work Location: Santa Ana Road just above the Locust station driveway (RED).
• Road Status: Santa Ana Road will be closed to through traffic the entire day.

Wednesday 10/09:

• Work Location: The SJWC Locust Station upper driveway (RED).
  • Road Status: Santa Ana Road will be closed to through traffic the entire day.
• **NEW JUST ADDED** Work Location 2: McLuckie Road is closed to all traffic. No vehicles will be allowed on this street.
  • Road Status: Traffic control flaggers will be positioned at the intersection of Fern and Mc Luckie to help vehicular traffic get around trucks. 

• Water Shutdown: Between 9am and 3pm. Residents that will be affected will be receiving a doorhanger notification on Monday 10/07 for this work.
  • Roads Affected: Naomi Court, Locust Drive, June Court, Mountain View Court, La Verne Drive, Patricia Court, and Judith Court.

Thursday 10/10:

• Work Location 1: Santa Ana Road just above the Locust station driveway (RED).
  • Road Status: Santa Ana Road will be closed to through traffic the entire day.

• Work Location: Intersection of Zella Court/Bayview up to 18187 Zella Court.
• Road Status: The road will be closed to thru traffic while we are performing this work. All residents that have driveways on Zella will be able to exit up towards Fern Ave.

Tuesday 10/1 & Wednesday 10/2 (ORANGE)

• Work Location: 18242 Zella Court – at the end of Zella. Work will take place from the intersection of Fern/Zella to the house driveway.
• Road Status: This road will be closed to vehicular travel.

Thursday 10/3 (GREEN)

• Work Location: The work will take place from the intersection of Eileen Court/Bayview to the home at the end of the court.
• Road Status: This road will be closed to vehicular travel.

Additionally, Monday-Thursday next week WVCC will have a small crew with water trucks loading, pressure testing, and flushing a section of watermain installed. On the map above in PURPLE, you will see the roads that this crew will be working on throughout the week. They do not anticipate roads being closed for this work. Residents should anticipate truck traffic in this area throughout the week.

• Road Status: Road closed to vehicular traffic, residents on this road are urged to park outside of the work area. Bayview Drive in front of this road will be open to traffic, however, you may experience delays when approaching Gloria due to truck and equipment traffic.

Thursday (9/26):

• Work Location: Zella Court between the intersection of Zella/Bayview up to 18187 Zella.
• Road Status: Road closed to through traffic. All residents that have driveways on Zella will be able to exit up towards Fern Avenue.

• Work Location: McLuckie
• Road Status: Road fully closed to vehicle traffic from 8am-6pm, but open to pedestrian traffic to get in and out of homes. Residents are urged to park cars out of McLuckie Mon-Thurs.
