Dear RESA Community,

Graham Contractors will be performing the final chip seal on the community roadways Mon and Tues of this coming week.

Rolling Closures 8am-6pm

This work will require temporary road closures as they move through the neighborhood; not all roads will be worked on at the same time. Graham will have traffic control flaggers helping residents navigate the work areas, utilizing detour routes when available. If there is an area where a detour route is not available, residents can ask the flagger how long the wait will be and determine if they want to redirect up or down the hill depending on where they encounter the work.

Please Drive Slowly/Carefully

Once the chip seal is placed, residents will be able to drive over it; please drive slowly and avoid sharp tuns to minimize any peeling as the product sets. We want our roads to look nice after they’re done!
