The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members election results are as follows:

Out of 445 RESA Members (residential and vacant lot owners), only 374 are “members in good standing” and received ballots.

Of the 374 ballots mailed out, 94 member ballots were received (25%) by the March 15th, 2025 cut off time.

Possible votes available are 1358.52, quorum requires 271.7 (20% of available votes).

Total Votes received: 408 (30% of total possible votes)

Out of two Board vacancies and with three candidates running, the elected 2026 Board of Directors are:
Brian Krupp
Jennifer Throssell
