RESA Office Hours Update

As of Monday August 21st, the new RESA Office Hours will be:

Mondays 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
Wednesdays 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm

As always, you can contact the office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm via email (resaservice@comcast.net) or by phone (408) 353-1866 and we will get back to you within the next business day.

SJWC Water Main Installation

  • Next week Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm, Mountain View Court will be closed.
  • ALL OTHER ROADS are open, including the main thoroughfare.

Office Hours

  • NO office hours next week.

  • Office hours will resume week of 8/11.

NEW Office Hours

Starting tomorrow, Monday 4/24, the office will be open:

Mondays 12:30-3:00pm
Thursdays 12:30-3:00pm

March Monthly Assessments statement correction

Dear RESA Community,

The March 15th, 2023 Monthly Assessment had an error – it did not include the assessment billed on 3/15, due by 4/14. Therefore, your statement dated 3/13 may have stated that you owe a zero balance.

The April 15th Monthly Assessments have been corrected, so it will show the amount due for 3/15 and 4/15.

Apologies on any confusion or inconvenience.
