For the week of 1/22 the main thoroughfare from upper to lower RE is OPEN.

Below is the breakdown for each day’s water main installation activities:

Monday 1/22

• Roads OPEN. No crews on site due to forecast. Subject to change.

Tuesday 1/23

• Work Location: near Naomi Ct & Locust Drive (SJWC Water Station).
• Road Status: work truck traffic, no roads closed.

Wednesday 1/24

• NO crews on site due to forecasted weather.
• Rescheduled for Tuesday 1/30.

Thursday 1/25

• TBD – Plan will be provided later on next week.

For the week of 1/15 the main thoroughfare from upper to lower RE is OPEN.

Below is the breakdown for each day’s water main installation activities:

Monday 1/15

• No crew on site for the MLK Holiday.

Tuesday 1/16 & Wednesday 1/17

• No roads will be closed.
• Anticipate work truck traffic on Mountain View Court and La Verne – service transfers will be occurring.

Thursday 1/18

• Traffic control flaggers will flag one way traffic around work near Naomi Court.

Dear RESA Community,

For the week of 1/8 the main thoroughfare from upper to lower RE is OPEN.

Below is the breakdown for each day’s water main installation activities:

Monday 1/8 – main thoroughfare open with traffic flaggers

• West Valley Construction will be working from the end of Locust Drive to the intersection of Judith Court/La Verne Drive.
• They will be performing a rolling road closure through out the day, but roads will be open for traffic to pass through.
• Residents should anticipate 2 traffic control flaggers navigating cars around the work.
• Additionally, they will be starting to transfer services from the existing main to the new main. They will start at Naomi court and work their way down.

Tuesday 1/9 – Thursday 1/11 – main thoroughfare open

• WVCC will continue with service transfers the remainder of the week.
• They will cone our work in at each location and do not anticipate any roads to be closed these days.

For the week of 12/18, the main thoroughfare from upper to lower RE is OPEN.

Below is the breakdown for each day’s water main installation activities:

Monday 12/18

• Rain anticipated. No crews on any site.

Tuesday 12/19 – Thursday 12/21

• Pending weather, crews will be working on switching old services over to new services starting from Naomi Court to La Verne.
• NO roads closed. Anticipate truck traffic.

As a reminder, SJWC will be temporarily patching our roads as work continues, and will fully repave the roads when all repairs are completed. If you have concerns about the safety of road repair patch conditions, please voice your opinion to SJWC at customer.service@sjwater.com
